13-Gallon Pedal-Sensor Trash Can features tap sensor technology to open the lid with just one tap. Or, double tap the pedal for a timed, 5-minute lid opening. You can also tap and rest your foot on the pedal to activate the traditional step-can function. Fingerprint-proof, stainless steel finish complements any rooms. Replaceable, activated carbon deodorizer neutralizes odors to keep the surrounding area smelling fresh. Retainer ring keeps trash bags in place and out of sight. Built-in carry handles allow you to easily carry this can from room to room. Energy-saving design extends the life of the battery up to 2 years with just four D batteries (not included). It can also be powered continuously with the optional AC adapter (not included).
